Who we are

Developer: Hilmost Software Corporation (an independent developer, not yet incorporated) · [email protected]

What this covers

The Android game Ultimate 3D Checkers (net.hilmost.rotatingboards).

What we collect

• Guest play: your progress, stats and settings are saved only on your device. We do not receive them.
• If you sign in (with Google, or with an email address and password): your email address, your account ID (Firebase user ID) and the username you choose. Usernames are kept in a list so each one is unique. If you use an email and password, your password is handled by Firebase Authentication. We never see or store it.
• If you sign in: your game stats (wins, losses, games played), match history, saved and active games (board positions, turns, difficulty), and the dates your account was created or updated. When a guest signs in, their on-device stats are merged into the account.
• Playing against the computer: the current board position and difficulty level are sent to our server to calculate the computer's move. This contains no personal information and is not stored.
• No ads. No in-app purchases. No analytics or crash-reporting tools. We do not track you across other apps or websites. The app's only permission is internet access.

Why we use it

• To sign you in, save and sync your progress, run the computer opponent, and keep the game fair (for example, preventing abuse).
• We never sell your data.

Who processes it

Google (Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in and email-and-password accounts, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Google Sign-In) stores and processes this data for us under Google's terms. Data may be stored on Google servers outside your country.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you ask for deletion, we delete your account and game data within 30 days. Nothing is kept after deletion, unless the law requires it.
